Loch Garten Ospreys

Significant updates here are few and far between, as childcare is taking priority! But I have just noticed that the Loch Garten RSPB Centre has a blog relating to its ospreys.

I was there last year and it's the best RSPB centre I've been to. It is normally featured on BBC's Springwatch - last time we were there, the staff spent most of their time explaining Bill Oddie's comments of the night before (and debunking many of them!)

There is an excellent viewing platform where you can use supplied scopes or your own optics to see the nesting Ospreys. If you have a big enough lens (800mm !) you can get decent photos of them, too.
